3 Series E46 316Ci (N45) COUPE
Remove foam and adhesive residue.
Remove scrap metal. Straighten and grind joint surfaces.
Preparation of new part:
Determine and mark out cutting line for C-pillar on C-pillar.
Measurement (A) = 240 mm from roof edge.
Cut spare part at determined cutting line for C-pillar.
Determine and mark out cutting line for B-pillar.
Reference edge = receiving edge for trim strip (chrome strip).
Measurement (A) = 195 mm from roof edge.
Measurement (B) = 265 mm from roof edge.
Both these cutting lines are necessary to accommodate a
"window" in the B-pillar.
