sensor also indicates the engine oil temperature. The engine oil temperature is used together with the coolant
temperature to calculate the engine temperature.
A/C compressor activation
The DME control unit sends a CAN message to actuate the A/C compressor.
In this way, for example, the load moment of the A/C compressor is limited in kickdown or if the temperature is
too high.
