Leak-testing cylinder head (N40/N42/N45/N46)
Special tools required:

11 9 441
•
11 9 442
•
11 9 443
•
11 9 444
•
11 9 445
•
11 9 446
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
(cylinder head dismantled)
Place special tool 11 9 441 on cylinder head sealing surface,
insert screws special tool 11 9 445 and 11 9 446 and tighten
down.
Seal coolant aperture with special tool 11 9 442 and tighten
down.
Seal coolant apertures with special tools 11 9 443 and
11 9 444 and tighten down.
