3 Series E46 316i (N46) SAL
Version 1:
Push on special tool 11 9 330 from inlet side. Check alignment
of balancing shafts to each other.
New version:
Slide in special tool 11 5 140 under balancing shafts (1) at
ground contact faces (2) as far as they will go (3).
Check alignment of balancing shafts to each other.
Insert screws (3) and tighten down.
Important!
Left-hand threads.
Fit nut (1) and tighten down.
Tightening torque 11 41 4AZ.
