3 Series E46 316ti (N40) COMP
Insert nuts and tighten down bearing bracket (1).
Tightening torque, 11 31 1AZ
.
Insert screw of chain guide (1) and tighten down.
Place special tool 11 7 252 on inlet camshaft and align inlet
camshaft so that special tool 11 7 252 rests without a gap on
cylinder head.
Fit special tool 11 7 251 on exhaust camshaft.
Turn back special tool 11 7 253 .
Hold inlet camshaft with special tool 11 7 251 so that it rests
without a gap on cylinder head.
