Removing and installing/replacing protective
strip on left or right front door (compact)
Special tools required:

00 9 317
Note:
To prevent protective strip (1) from bending open at ends:
Unclip clips (2) with two special tools 00 9 317 (trim panel
wedges) and remove protective strip (1).
Installation:
If necessary, lever out clips or rubber grommets (1) from front
door.
Note:
If necessary, slide faulty clips (1) into removal opening (2) and
remove.
