Note:
When the airbag deployment door is removed, the retaining clip
breaks off at a defined point.
1.
Push airbag deployment door back approx. 1 mm and
2.
raise in area of fresh air grill until retaining clip breaks off
3.
Push airbag deployment door to right and
4.
remove towards top
Installation:
Airbag deployment door (3) must engage with guide (2) in all-
round groove (1) of instrument panel.
Installation:
Retaining lug on airbag deployment door must engage in retaining
clip of instrument panel trim.
Installation:
Insert new retaining clip (2) in opening of airbag door (1) and
turn right through approx. 90
°
. Use a pair of pliers if necessary.
