3 Series E46 318Ci (N46) COUPE
Cut side section reinforcement spare part.
Make reinforcement plates for cutting line of side section
reinforcement from remaining metal sheet.
Width of reinforcement plates: approx. 40 mm.
Caution!
Do not damage sunroof water drainage pipe.
Drill holes for plug welding side section reinforcement
reinforcement plate in body.
Clean mating surfaces of side section reinforcement
reinforcement plate.
Clean mating surfaces of side section reinforcement
reinforcement plate and coat with zinc dust paint.
Insert side section reinforcement reinforcement plate in body,
locate in position and weld up.
