Front direction-indicator lamp comes loose from its holder

Complaint:
The front left/right direction-indicator lamp has come loose from its holder.
Cause:
Direction-indicator lamp mounting fixture broken.
Affected
vehicles:
E46 compact
Manufacturing period: from start of series production until August 2001
Procedure:
In case of customer complaint, replace the direction-indicator lamp. Please refer to repair
instructions "Removing and installing / replacing complete front left or right direction-
indicator lamp",
RA 63 13 150.
When installing the direction-indicator lamp, tighten the retaining bolt with 1.5 Nm.
