Adjusting front left or right door window
glass (compact)

Special tools required:

•

51 3 080

Ideal adjustment:

Dimension (B) is measured at top center.

Dimension (C) is measured at center of A-pillar.

Vertical adjustment (retraction depth):

To measure retraction depth:

- 

Open door window glass a little

- 

Attach special tool 51 3 080  to door window glass

- 

Close door window glass

Adjusting door window glass:

Note:

Side airbag and Bowden cable are not removed.

To release or partially detach sound insulation, follow
procedure in "Removing and installing/replacing sound
insulation in left or right front door".

Partially release sound insulation (1) at rear without removing side
airbag and Bowden cable.

Secure sound insulation (1) with adhesive tape.
