3 Series E46 318ti (N42) COMP
Secure all intermediate levers with special tool 11 9 310
against slipping out.
Release 4 nuts on bearing bracket at front.
Release nut on bearing bracket on exhaust side.
Important!
Only release the 8 nuts shown in the illustration.
