Removing and installing/sealing guide tube
for oil dipstick (N40 / N42 / N45)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove suction filter housing.
•
Remove reinforcement plate.
•
Detach lower steering spindle section from steering gear.
N42 only:
Unlock and detach vent hose (1) from guide tube.
N40 / N45 only:
Unlock and detach vent hose (1).
Unclip vent hose (1) from holder (2).
Unclip battery positive lead (1) at guide tube (2).
Unlock vent hose from tank vent valve on intake air manifold and
detach.

valve.
