3 Series E46 320Cd (M47TU) CONVER
Rotate exhaust camshaft (A) at its hexagon head slowly and
carefully in direction of arrow until hydraulic chain tensioner is
compressed.
Pull out special tool 11 3 340 .
Replace sealing ring.
Insert plug and tighten down.
Tightening torque, 11 14 4AZ .
Slacken camshaft screw (6) on exhaust camshaft again by a half
turn.
