Removing and installing/replacing left or right
Bowden cable (convertible top compartment
lid)
Remove Bowden cable from convertible top compartment lid
lock.
Remove lower section of side trim at rear.
Unlock protective cap (1) at lugs (2).
Lift Bowden cable (1) or (2) out of housing (3).
Lift Bowden cable core (4) or (6) out of mount (5).
Installation:
Bowden cable (1) is for left convertible top compartment lid lock.
Lift Bowden cable (1) or (2) out of guide (3).
For Bowden cable (2), release cable tie on wiring harness.
Feed Bowden cable (1) under plate (4).
