Replacing fuel pressure regulator (M52TU)
Follow instructions for checking fuel pressure,
refer to 13 31. . . Fuel pressure check.
Turn off ignition.
Remove microfilter.
Open cable duct on lower section of microfilter housing (2) and
feed out cable(s).
Release screws (1) and remove lower section of microfilter
housing (2).
Remove cover from fuel injectors. Unclip screw caps and release
screws.
Location:
The fuel pressure regulator is fitted to the injection block.
Pull off vacuum hose (1).
