Removing and installing/replacing servodrive
for tank filler flap

Saloon/Sedan, Coupé:

Remove right luggage compartment wheel arch trim in rear
area.

Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Slacken screws (2).

Feed out servodrive for tank filler flap (3) towards rear and pull in
direction of arrow out of gaiter (4).

touring:

Remove flap in right luggage compartment wheel arch trim.

Unhook pull strap for emergency actuator (1) in direction of arrow
from guide (2).

Remove fluid reservoir for rear window washer system and place
to one side.

Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Slacken screws (2).

Feed out servodrive for tank filler flap (3) towards rear and pull in
direction of arrow out of gaiter (4).

compact:

Disconnect emergency actuator for tank cap.

Fold down sound insulation.
