Removing and installing/replacing right
hydraulic cylinder for convertible top
compartment lid
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Follow instructions for repairing hydraulic system.
•
Remove luggage compartment panel on right and left
•
If necessary, remove tilt sensor (DWA)
Unclip center of trunk trim panel.
Unfasten screws and remove bracket.
Installation:
Tightening
torque:
•
54 34 11AZ
Adjusting:
•
Check basic setting of convertible
top compartment lid.
•
Slide holder as far forward as
possible.
Convertible top must not rise
