5. Fit the support (2) to the direction-indicator lamp, as illustrated. The shape of the support
prevents skimming and thus simplifies the fitting of the direction-indicator lamp with the
support.
6. Reassemble the direction-indicator lamp.
7. Screw in the retaining bolt, leaving about 1 cm protruding.
8. Refit the direction-indicator lamp.
Note:
If the direction-indicator lamp cannot be fitted, or can only be fitted with difficulty,
loosen the headlight. After this, the headlight must be readjusted.
Please refer to repair instructions "Adjusting headlights",
RA 63 10 004.
9. Tighten the direction-indicator lamp retaining bolt with a torque of 1.5 Nm.
