Step connection points
side frame (1) and
side window (2).
On inner side frame (with outer wheel arch section) spare part,
mark out
cutting lines for
side frame (1),
side window (2) and
C-pillar (3).
Mark holes for plug welding inside C-pillar.
Remove outer wheel arch section spare part.
Note:
At the cutting lines for
side window (1) and
side frame (2)
take step dimension "X" into account.
The step dimension "X" is dependent on the stepping pliers used!
On inner side frame (with outer wheel arch section) spare part,
determine and mark out cutting lines for
side window (1) and
side frame (2).
Measurement (A) = 445 mm from edge of side window
+ step dimension "X".
Measurement (B) = 220 mm from edge of cutout for inertia reel
unit + step dimension "X".
