Replacing shift actuator GS5S31BZ (SMG)
Note:
After completing work:
Proceed according to test program.
refer to "Service Functions" in DIS Tester.
Important!
Depressurize hydraulic system.
Proceed according to "Service Functions" in DIS Tester.
Remove transmission.
Remove shift and selector sensor.
Release screws.
Tightening torque, 23 11 18AZ .
Remove plate (1).
Installation:
Replace screws.
Coat sealing surface with surface sealing compound.
