3 Series E46 330d (M57) TOUR
Attach special tool 11 0 000 to crane.
Chains (1) must be of same length. Attach chains (1) to special
tool 11 0 000.
Suspend hook in front suspension lug (2) on cylinder head.
Suspend hook (1) in rear suspension lug (2) on crankcase.
Carefully lift out engine.
Carefully lift up engine.
Caution!

Do not damage filler valve (1) of A/C line when lifting
engine.

Do not damage cooling loop for power steering and A/C
condenser.
Turn engine (1) as shown and lift out.
Installation:
Place engine as shown in engine compartment.
