Removing and installing/replacing pressure
sensor on pressure accumulator of injection
system (M57)
Read out fault memory of DDE control unit. Turn off
ignition.
Remove and install intake air manifold,
refer to 11 61 050.
Cover intake ducts.
Recycling:
Catch and dispose of escaping fuel.
Observe country-specific waste-disposal regulations.
Disconnect plug (1).
Detach pressure sensor from fuel pressure accumulator (2).
Tightening Torque,
refer to Technical Data 13 53 9AZ.
Note:
Screw ring (3) must not be released.
