Special attachment TORX T50

Situation: 

Due to the small space available, it is only possible to remove the rear bumper together
with the shock absorbers (impact absorbers).

To reduce the considerable time required for removal and installation on all E46 models, a
special TORX attachment has been developed. 

Please refer to Enclosure 1.

The advantage of this tool is its small design. This allows the bumper to be removed
without the impact absorbers.

The TORX attachment will also be able to be used on future E46 models.

Procedure:

This tool will be kept in stock as a store tool and will only be dispatched when an order is
placed.

Supplies may be delayed due to the production lead time.
