3 Series E46 330xd (M57TU) SAL
Press output shaft with special tool 31 1 170 out of front axle
differential and remove.
Installation:
Push output shaft over resistance of snap ring.
Output shaft coupling must snap audibly into place.
Note:
Replace snap ring on output shaft.
Important!
Replace radial seal on output shaft.
Lever radial seal (1) with a screwdriver (2) out of front axle
differential housing (3) or bearing pedestal.
