Replacing rear left outer section of wheel arch
(side panel removed)
Follow instructions for body repairs.
Consult the texts of the KSD CD (FRU 41 14 502) for details
of stripping-down and rigging work.
Open weld spots in area (1) and remove inner B-pillar
reinforcement (2).
Open weld spots in area (1).
Cut outer wheel arch section (3) at edge (2) and remove.
Cut new outer wheel arch section part at line (1). Distance of line
(1) to edge described above approx. 20 mm upwards.
Drill remaining spot flange (2) for plug welding.
