3 Series E46 M3 (S54) CONVER
Mark cover for side member on new side frame part according to measurement A and cut (3).
Measurement A = 20 mm from edge of bore (4) dia. 35 mm.
Mark severance cuts on inner side member (1) and outer entrance (2) according to above-mentioned measurements
and cut.
Installation:
If the above-mentioned outer entrance section is damaged, cut the section from the new part.
Drill area (5) for plug welds.
Clean all connecting points on new part and body and coat with welding primer.
