3 Series E46 M3 (S54) CONVER
Trigger rollover bar mechanically:
Remove backrest.
Trigger rollover protection bar individually through bore with a 4
mm
∅
punch.
Retracting:
If necessary, unclip cover (1) inside rollover protection bar on left
or right.
Caution!
When retracting, make sure rollover protection bar snaps into
place on lower stop.
Slowly relieve load on rollover protection bar.
Press locking pawl (1) forwards and push rollover protection bar
(2) downwards as far as it will go.
Note:
Rollover protection bar must snap audibly into place!
