Lay oil reservoir with bracket and hydraulic lines to one side.

Release hose clamp (2) and detach suction line (1) from vane
pump.

Installation:

Markings on suction line and vane pump connection must match
up.

Release banjo bolt (3) and disconnect pressure line (4).

Installation:

Replace all sealing rings (D).

Make sure pressure line is laid without tension and with sufficient
spacing to adjoining components.

Tightening torque  32 41 8AZ

.

Slacken screws (1)

Tightening torque  32 41 4AZ

.

If necessary, disconnect plug connection (2).

Release screw (3); if necessary, lay connecting line (4) with
bracket to one side.

Tightening torque  32 41 7AZ

.

Release screws (5).

Tightening torque  32 41 7AZ

.

Remove vane pump with water pump and set down on front axle
subframe.

Remove screws (1).

Remove vane pump (2) from water pump (3) and remove
towards bottom/top.

Installation:

Replace O-ring on water pump connecting piece and coat with
coolant.

Align vane pump shaft (2) to mounting on water pump (3).

Important!

Make sure connector is correctly seated in crankcase.
Connector must not jam when inserted!
