3 Series E90 316i (N45T) SAL
Grip at hexagon socket (1) and release screws.
Remove belt pulley (2).
Tightening torque 11 51 6AZ
.
Unlock and detach coolant hoses (1 to 3).
Note:
Hoses of power steering pump remain connected.
Note:
Water pump is secured by two screws to power steering pump.
Slacken screws (1) between water pump and power steering
pump by approx. one turn.
Tightening torque 11 51 2AZ
.
Release screws and remove power steering pump with water
pump from engine block.
Tightening torque 11 51 1AZ
.
