3 Series E90 320i (N46) SAL
Screw special tool 11 9 182 with screws (special tool
11 9 184 ) to crankshaft.
Draw in radial shaft seal with special tool 11 9 181 in
conjunction with special tool 11 9 183 until flush.
Remove special tools.
Note:
Nozzles (1) must be replaced.
Drive in both nozzles (1) with special tool 11 9 360 on left and
right into crankcase.
Installation:
Before filling with sealing compound:
Insert brush with Loctite primer, manufacturer's number 128357,
as far as possible into grooves (1) on radial shaft seal and coat
housing partition on engine block.
RA Replacing all main crankshaft bearing shells (N40/N42/N45/N46)
