3 Series E90 320i (N46) SAL
Install spark plug domes (1) on cylinders 2 and 3.
Important!
When fitting bearing bracket:
Align spark plug domes (1) to bearing bracket.
Important!
Rocker arms (1) slip slightly when bearing bracket is fitted.
Make sure rocker arms (1) are secured as illustrated on
hydraulic valve clearance compensating elements and on
valves.
Align rocker arms (1) straight.
Important!
Do not tilt bearing bracket (1).
Rocker arms slip slightly when bearing bracket is fitted.
Make sure rocker arms are secured as illustrated on hydraulic
valve clearance compensating elements and on valves.
Align rocker arms straight.
Lower bearing bracket (1) from above and carefully bring into
contact with cylinder head.
Insert 8 nuts and install without play.
