Removing and installing/sealing throttle valve
assembly
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Read out fault memory of DME control unit
•
Switch off ignition
•
Remove air intake hose
Unlock plug (1) and remove.
Release screws and remove throttle valve assembly (2).
Tightening torque 13 54 1AZ
.
Check sealing ring (1) on throttle valve assembly (2) for damage
and replace if necessary.
Installation:
Check stored fault messages.
Now clear the fault memory.
