Assembly:

Position Low Profile band clamp in installation position (A) on
gaiter.

Place special tool  31 5 200  on lugs (1, 2).

Note:

Make sure that the movable piece (3) of the special tool is placed
on lug (1).

Check and if necessary correct positions of gaiter and
Low Profile band clamp.

Compress Low Profile band clamp with special tool 

31 5 200

and press on end of band clamp (1).

Relieve tension on special tool and remove.

Check hook fastener (H); if necessary, repeat operation with new
Low Profil band clamp.
