Removing and installing / replacing backrest
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove rear seat
•
Release lock on backrest (emergency actuation)
Release screws (1).
Tightening torque 52 24 01AZ
.
Tilt backrest forwards and lift backrest with guides (2) out of
partition wall.
Installation:
Make sure guides (2) on left and right are correctly seated in
partition wall.
Remove head restraints.
Cover door sill with protective cover (risk of damage).
Lift out backrest and feed out of seat belts.
