3 Series E90 335i (N54) SAL
Release screw (2).
Release screws (1) and remove vane pump towards front.
Installation:
1.
Insert screws (1, 2) (do not tighten down)
2.
Tighten screw (2) to 2 Nm
3.
Tighten screws (1) to 2 Nm
4.
Tighten down screws (1)
Tightening torque, 32 41 6AZ
.
5.
Release screw (2) and check screw fastening point for gap
freedom
6.
Tighten down screw (2)
Tightening torque, 32 41 6AZ
.
Release hose clamp (1) and detach suction line from vane pump.
Lift out vane pump.
Installation:
Markings (arrow) on suction line and vane pump connection
must match up.
After installation:
•
Fill and bleed hydraulic system
•
Check pipe connections for leaks
