3 Series E91 320d (M47T2) TOUR
Release screws (1).
Lift off coolant branch flange.
Installation:
Replace seal.
Disconnect plug connection (2).
Detach fuel return line (3).
Disconnect plug connection (2) from temperature sensor.
Release union nuts (1) with special tool 13 5 020 .
Tightening torque, 13 53 8AZ
.
Disconnect all plugs (2).
Remove rubber mount (3).
Installation:
Observe installation position of rubber mount.
Important!
These screws must "not" be removed.
Release bolts (1) for timing case cover.
One bolt is lcoated in the cylinder head.
