3 Series E91 320i (N46T) TOUR
Fit special tool 11 9 350 as illustrated.
Align locating bores of sensor gears to alignment pins on special
tool 11 9 350 .
Secure sensor gears with special tool 11 9 350 .
Screw special tool 11 9 350 to cylinder head.
Slacken bolt (1) of exhaust adjustment unit by a half turn.
Slacken bolt (2) of inlet adjustment unit by a half turn.
Fit socket on screws (1 and 2) and tighten by hand without
play.
Pretension clamping rail by turning adjusting screw with special
tool 00 9 250 or commercially available torque wrench to
0.6 Nm .
