3 Series E91 330d (M57T2) TOUR
Cut two felt strips to size.
Dimension: 10 x 60 mm
Glue the new felt strips (3) onto the
tabs (1) and (2) on the cover, left and
right.
Note:
The felt strips (3) must overlap
on the inside of the tabs (1)
and (2).
Manufacturing period: start of series
production until today
Spray special lubricant (part number
83 19 9 408 523) onto the guides
on the fixture (1) for the trim for the roof
column, rear left and right.
Fit covers and trims.
C) Combination roller
Manufacturing period: start of series
production until today
Remove the combination roller as
necessary.
Clean and degrease the stop (1) on
the fixture (2), left and right.
Glue the adhesive buffer onto both
stops (1), left and right.
D) Luggage compartment trim, left
Manufacturing period: start of series
production until today
Cut Teflon strips to size from
conventional Teflon tape.
Dimension: 47 x 20 mm
Open the luggage compartment
trim (1), rear left.
Attach the Teflon strip (2) to the stop on
the locking wedge (3) and press it down
firmly.
