3 Series E91 330d (M57T2) TOUR
Necessary preliminary tasks:
E60/ E61/ E63/ E64, E70 N62/N62TU only:
•
Remove exhaust system.
•
If necessary, release cross-member from exhaust system on
transmission.
•
If necessary, remove heat shield on left and right.
•
Remove transmission cross-member.
Note:
Version 1:
Unfasten nut.
Remove cable (1).
Installation:
Adjusting shift lever
Note:
Version 2:
Grip clamping sleeve (1) and slacken nut (2).
Detach retainer (3) towards bottom using a screwdriver.
Pull cable (4) out of holder.
Installation:
Adjust selector lever
Note:
Version 3:
Release screw (1).
Remove clamp (2).
Release shift cable head (3) using a screwdriver from ball head
of shift cable lever.
Installation:
Adjust selector lever.
