3 Series E91 330d (M57T2) TOUR
Installation:
There are two build dates for the comfort opener:
A
Build date up to 10/2006
Small drive gear, without toothing cover, with cable
holder (2)
B
Build date from 10/2006
Large drive gear, with toothing cover (3), without cable holder
When converting from build date A to build date B, cable
holder (2) must be removed and is omitted.
Depending on build date, ensure correct cable routing (1).
Cables (1) must not be jammed.
Installation sequence:
1.
If necessary, attach all clips to trim panel (3)
2.
Feed in trim panel (3) at bottom
3.
Connect electrical plug connections
4.
Ensure correct cable routing
5.
Clip trim panel (3) into body
6.
Add final details to vehicle
Replacement:
Remove luggage compartment light.
