Situation:
Clutch centring bush 21 2 270
has been developed for centring the drive plate to the
pressure plate when fitting the clutch to the engine.
With the start of series production of the E90, E91 with M57T2, the double-mass flywheel
has been configured with a spigot for centring the transmission input shaft. Previously,
centring was done at the bearing (pilot bearing) in the crankshaft.
Procedure:
Offer tools will be supplied to every contractual partner with a tools agreement,
please refer to Enclosure 1.
