Mechanical tools

E87, E90, E91

Situation:

New special tools are required for professional repairs.

Enclosure 1: Offer tool 32 3 146 / 147

 for adjusting the front wheel camber.

Enclosure 2: Offer tool 33 4 350

 for removing and fitting the rubber bearing for the rear

differential mounting.

Tool set 33 4 350 has been developed because of the tight constructional space at the
rubber bearing on the E91 rear differential mounting. This tool set is needed for the rubber
bearing on the E91 and for the hydraulic rubber mounts on the E90 and E91 with M57T2.

Enclosure 3: Offer tool 61 1 370

 for aligning the window wiper drive unit to the wiper arm

on the rear window.

Enclosure 4: Modification to existing special tool 32 3 145

 for adjusting front wheel

camber.

Special tool 32 3 140 / 145 has already been introduced to the dealer organisation.
This tool has to be modified. This modification has already been incorporated on new
orders.

Procedure:

Offer tools will be supplied to every contractual partner with a tools agreement. 
Please refer to Enclosures 1 to 3.

Modifications to existing special tools. 
Please refer to Enclosure 4.
