Removing and installing/replacing trim strip
on roof frame at left or right
Special tools required:

00 9 321
Necessary preliminary tasks:
E91 only:
•
If necessary, remove roof rails
Lever out trim strip (1) with special tool 00 9 321 starting at
rear.
Unclip trim strip (1) in direction of arrow.
Installation:
Clips (1) and seals (2) on trim strip (3) must not be damaged.
If necessary, replace faulty clips (1).
Position of clips (1) on trim strip (3) is determined by notch (4).
