3 Series E93 325d (M57T2) CONVER
Note:
Before removing fasteners, mark position of nuts to ensure correct
alignment when installing.
Unscrew nuts (1).
Tightening torque 54 37 07AZ
.
Installation:
Replace nuts.
Remove motor carrier with drive unit.
Installation:
Guide cylinder must run into counter-support without noises and
tension.
Check gap (A) and and adjust if necessary.
(A) = 19 mm
Installation:
The scope of work for removing and installing the front roof shell
fastener pack ends here.
Check gap dimensions and if necessary adjust
Replacement only:
Align new motor carrier with drive unit centrally to threaded pin.
Tighten down new nuts (1).
Tightening torque 54 37 07AZ
