3 Series E93 330i (N53) CONVER
Fit special tool 11 4 342 with bolts (1).
Note:
Sealing flange must rest flat.
Screw in knurled screw in direction of arrow.
Important!
Pressurize cylinder head to max. 3 bar.
Secure special tool 11 4 344 with bolts (1).
Pressurize valve (2) with max. 3 bar compressed air.
Heat cylinder head to 60
°
C in a water bath and check for
formation of bubbles.
Assemble engine.
