3 Series E93 330i (N53) CONVER
Note:
Do not detach fuel line.
Release retainers (1) on fuel rail and place to one side. Release
plug connection (2).
Release screw (4).
Unscrew nuts (3).
Tightening torque: 11 61 1AZ
.
Release screw connections (1) on exhaust-gas recirculation pipe
on cylinder head at rear.
Raise intake manifold approx. 10 cm.
Disconnect plug connection (1) at bottom.
Release tank vent line behind throttle valve assembly.
Note:
Exhaust-gas recirculation valve remains on engine block, coolant
circuit remains closed.
Release screws (1) and remove exhaust-gas recirculation valve
from manifold.
Remove manifold.
