Unfasten screw (1)
Installation:
Replace O-ring.
Tightening torque 3 Nm.
Check screw for leaks.
Screw measuring adapter 13 8 022 to measuring point 2 on the
metering unit.
Installation:
Check measuring adapter for leaks
Connect vacuum hose 13 8 024 from the suction unit to the
differential pressure gauge 13 8 021. Connect adapter line
13 8 023 to the differential pressure gauge 13 8 021 and
connect with measuring adapter 13 8 022 from low-pressure
regulator (measuring point 1).
Set differential pressure to measuring point (low-pressure
regulator).
Set differential pressure of stage 1 opposite adjustment screw (1),
on back of low-pressure regulator.
Differential pressure 1.6-1.8 bar.
