General information on valve timing work

Fitting engine to assembly frame

Removing thermostat housing

Removing cylinder head cover

Removing cylinder head

Adjustment specification for camshaft

Fitting cylinder head on assembly fixture

Removing camshaft

Removing non-return valve

Removing valves

Checking valve guide for wear

Reaming out valve guide

Reworking valve seat

Replacing valve-stem seals

Checking cylinder head for cracks in water test

Checking/reworking cylinder head sealing face

Removing 3-phase alternator

Removing tensioning roller with bearing block

Removing oil filter housing

Removing water pump

Removing vibration damper

Removing hub for vibration damper
