DME Programming
M50, M60/1, M60/2
Complaint:
It is possible that faults may arise on vehicles with the following engine versions when the
DME control units are programmed with programme "Programming P 7.1" (also contained
on the DIS CD "V 7.0").
Affected
vehicles:
M50, M50 TU, M60/1, M60/2, S38, S50, S50 US
Procedure:
Diskette "Programming V 7.0"should be used for programming DME control units on
vehicles with the above engine versions.
The programme "Programming V 7.0" is also contained on the DIS CD "V 6.0" (Both the
programme and basis CD must be installed) and can be loaded from there to the MoDiC.
DIS CD "V 7.0" and diskette "Programming P 7.1" are soon to be replaced with DIS CD "V
7.1" and the diskette "Programming P 7.2".
With the delivery of DIS CD "V 7.1" and diskette "Programming P 7.2", earlier versions of
the programme are rendered invalid and may no longer be used.
The revised version is free of charge.
