Replacing voltage regulator
General Data, refer to Page 12 00 ...
Read fault memory.
Disconnect battery ground wire.
Remove alternator, refer to 12 31 020
Release screws and remove cover.
Remove voltage regulator.
Check collector ring for wear and recondition if necessary.
Installation:
Clean contact surfaces and check contact-spring tension,
bending to correct where indicated.
Distance A = at least 5 mm.
